Computer Operator

Mission:

The incumbent reports to the Information P Officer and works under the general supervision of the Senior Systems Manager supporting all unclassified computers included in the Department of State’s OpeNet local area networ (LAN)k and Dedicated Internet Network (DIN), including all constituent USG agencies assigned to the U.S. Consulate General Casablanca. The incumbent maintains the OpeNet and DIN networks infrastructure, ensuring compliance with State regulations and security requirements. The Incumbent serves as the Consular Section’s main point of contact, providing technical support and maintaining Consular IT infrastructure.

Profil: At least three years work experience in programming, technical or administrative nature in the Information Technology field.

Salaire: 14581 Dirhams.

Procurement Supervisor

Mission:

The incumbent provides supervisory Acquisition services to support the US Embassy in Rabat and the US Consulate General in Casablanca. S/he serves as the Mission’s expert responsible for providing professional expertise and advice to ensure the full range of acquisition functions from solicitation to negotiation, award, administration, and close-out of numerous multi-million dollar awards vital to ensure successful attainment of the Mission’s priorities. The position demands leadership and technical skills to oversee over 7 Million in annual acquisitions: (a) Acquisition Leadership and Planning, (b) Supervisory and Technical Training.

Profil: Minimum of six years of progressively responsible, professional acquisitions management or contracting experience including one additional year of prior supervisory experience is required.

Salaire: 31485 Dirhams.

Mission:

The incumbent reports to the Senior Facility Manager and the Building Engineer Supervisor, working under their direction to determine work priorities. S/he is a primary point of contact for all routine, emergency and preventive maintenance work orders and requests for services, and assures distribution to the appropriate shop for action. The incumbent is the customer service representative for the Facility Management section, communicating with personnel from all levels within the Embassy.

Profil: A minimum of two (2) years of office administrative/ clerical experience in a customer-service office is required.

Special Projects Coordinator

Mission:

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer, the job holder serves as When Actually Employed (WAE) Special Projects Coordinator. The incumbent will be placed on a register and based on their clearance status and availability will perform a variety of tasks on an as needed basis for any State section, i.e., Management, Consular, Public Affairs, Political and Economic and Security as assigned by the Human Resources Officer. The job holder will be subject to unusual work pattern due to the nature of the job.

Profil: Three years of previous administrative/clerical experience is required

Administrative Management Assistant

Mission:

The incumbent manages Force Protection Detachment’s (FPD) annual budget to include TDY, office supplies, and other operational expenses and makes forecasts for out year FY requirements. S/he interfaces with the Rabat FMO and GSO, FMC to track and manage FPD funding. S/he assists the FPD Chief in tracking TDY personnel in Morocco. S/he fields phone calls and manage correspondence for the FPD as necessary.

Profil: A minimum of two years of progressively experience in administrative, financial management, accounting or budget preparation is required.

Residential Security Coordinator

Mission:

Incumbent provides administrative oversight of post’s residential security program. S/he serves as the point of contact on all residential security matters between the Regional Security Office (RSO), General Service Office (GSO), Facilities Maintenance (FAC), and landlords. S/he conducts security surveys of all current housing to ensure residential security standards are maintained and conducts security surveys on all proposed housing to ensure security suitability can be obtained and compliance with the Overseas Security Policy Board’s OSPB standards before occupancy.

Profil: Minimum of two (2) years of office administrative experience that includes managing customer inquiries, complaints, and drafting reports and correspondence is required.

Salaire: 28534 Dirhams.

The incumbent provides technical security support and services to posts in its respective geographic region. S/he manages the ESC/ESO inventory and is responsible for supply chain management, logistics operations, procurement, and inventory reconciliation of technical systems and equipment maintained by the ESC/ESO at its post of residence and constituent posts throughout the region. The incumbent assists with office administrative duties, travel arrangements, and tracking the office travel budget.

Profil: At least three (3) years of logistics and/or administrative experience gained in an office setting is required.

Salaire: 28534 Dirhams.
