Multinationale Spécialisée dans la Parfumerie recrute un Acheteur sur Tanger.
Missions:
- Develop efficient monitoring all purchase orders.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers: price, quantity available, deadlines.
- Negotiate services contract: compressors, chiller & electrical group.
- Make supplier evaluation every 6 months.
- Follow up with suppliers the status of orders.
- Prepare the monthly reporting.
- Plan and track the shipment of orders.
- Ensure the compliance to the procedure.
- Controlling the raw material supply process.
- Follow up reception and quality of goods with qc team and deal with claims until resolution of the claim.
- Monitor the stock.
- Lead the purchase of indirect materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
Profil:
- Minimum BAC + 3.
- 2 years experience at least in purchasing departement.
