Profile:
-Perfect command of Arabic, French and English
-Minimum two years experience in inbound calls (Customer service, technical service …) and Chat (WhatsApp, Social Media, Internal tools)
-Front and / or back office confirmed experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication and good customer relationship management.
